Join our team at Waythrough and support people facing challenges around mental health, substance use, housing or domestic abuse. This is more than just a job - it's a chance to build meaningful relationships and create lasting change. The Garden Centre Volunteer (Walled Garden) role involves supporting the Horticultural Trainers and Walled Garden 'Lead Volunteer' to effectively maintain and develop our Walled Garden, based in the Garden Centre grounds. The role may include working alongside people attending our wellbeing service who will be participating in the running of the Garden Centre as part of their recovery journey. Applicants should have a keen interest in horticulture and its potential to improve mental health as well as the ability to work and communicate well with a team of people with varying abilities.
