Project Engineer

About the role

As a Project Engineer at Fuji SMBEIndustries Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the planning, managementand execution of complex engineering projects. Working in a full-time capacityin our North Region office, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspectsof project delivery, from initial scoping to final commissioning. Responsibilities

• Developing detailed project plans, schedules andbudgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to executeall project activities, including design, procurement, construction andcommissioning
• Identifying and mitigating project risks,implementing appropriate contingency measures to keep projects on track
• Monitoring project progress and performance,providing regular updates to key stakeholders
• Ensuring projects adhere to all relevantengineering standards, regulations and quality control procedures
• Collaborating with clients, vendors and otherexternal partners to align on project requirements and objectives
• Mentoring and developing more junior members ofthe engineering team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relatedtechnical discipline
• Minimum 1 years' proven experience as a ProjectEngineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry
• Excellent project management skills with theability to plan, organise and deliver complex technical projects
• Strong working knowledge of engineeringprinciples, design methodologies and project management best practices
• Proficient in using project management softwareand tools to plan, monitor and report on project progress
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking anddecision-making abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment toquality
