The Opportunity! The Regional Branch Manager ensures our regional operations meet or exceed HUB's financial, operational, and staffing goals while ensuring our client's needs are being met through industry leading client service. As an integral part of our team of experts, this role is critical to the success of our daily functions and objectives. The Regional Manager ensure business line leaders, team leaders and managers are running effective branch operations, including staffing, coaching, training, and performance management. Develop and attract talent through mentoring, coaching and succession planning and by leveraging best practices in human resource management. Develop and execute business plan for meeting revenue growth targets, new business generation, existing client retention, along with staffing and compensation. Set key metrics for your team by monitoring progress with reporting and analytics. Set and monitor best practices in quality hiring, employee development, product knowledge, compensation, and performance management in the region. Full-Time Permanent career working out of our Regina location. What you will bring to the role - Minimum 5 years' leadership experience within the Insurance industry. A level 2 insurance license is required. Experience leading diverse teams in meeting financial and operational targets. Previous and proven success building cohesive teams and developing emerging talent. Excellent communication (both verbal and written), problem solving and critical thinking skills. Performs well in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task with ease. CIP/CAIB, Post-secondary education and/or MBA would be considered an asset. Why Join HUB?
