Junior Executive - Customer Conservation

About the role

Responsible for contacting customers with delinquent accounts and recovering premiums that are in arrears - Identify outstanding payments due to AIA - Follow up with customers to determine reasons for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment - May answer inquiries and troubleshoot problems according to customer response, or liaise with external collection agencies as appropriate Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
