Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy & Business Operations Senior Manager to join our Technology & Product Organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and growth. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and leadership capabilities to optimize processes, manage complex projects, and align the Technology and Product organization with MX 's near and long-term goals. Job Duties Strategic Planning: Partner with Technology and Product leadership to define and execute the organization's strategic vision, ensuring initiatives align with company objectives and drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence. Portfolio & Delivery Management: Lead cross-functional portfolio planning, roadmap execution, and governance. Oversee strategic initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. Operational Excellence: Design and optimize operating processes, planning frameworks, and governance models that improve execution, productivity, scalability, and organizational effectiveness while proactively managing risk. Capacity Planning: Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to forecast resource needs, prioritize investments, and align team capacity with strategic initiatives and business goals. Performance Management & OKRs: Own the Product and Technology OKR process, including planning, alignment, tracking, reporting, and dashboard development. Monitor portfolio health, delivery metrics, risks, and business outcomes to support executive decision-making. Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, and executive leadership. Drive alignment through clear communication of strategy, priorities, progress, risks, and key decisions. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented culture. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or a related field within the technology sector 10+ years of implementing and managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives within a technology or product organization. 8+ years working and communicating with leaders across all levels Preferred Requirements Experience working in or with the Financial Technology industry MBA or advanced degree At MX, we are a high-performance organization that thrives on trust and results.
