About the role
Job Description Prepare, monitor, and update progress schedules for new and ongoing projects. Liaise and coordinate with purchasers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely project execution. Monitor project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects run smoothly and according to schedule. Perform administrative and coordination tasks including scheduling, organizing, record-keeping, and managing information flow to ensure smooth project execution. Act as a key communication link between key stake holders : Production , Quality , Assembly and other Business units by providing regular project updates and information. Other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer Handle sales inquiries and customer's request for quotation Risk and issues management skill, identifying potential roadblocks, tracking dependencies, and escalating issues to management for resolution Job Requirement Strong team player with initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn. Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure , adaptive and willingness to work overtime when required. Fluent in spoken and written English; spoken Chinese is a plus with effective interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Email, Word). Proficient in the understanding on the Mechanical drawings. Understanding and managing on the BOM: involves ensuring, co-ordinating, the accuracy and timely availability of material information for the team Serves as the go-to person for project information and coordination. Training will be provided; candidates with or without prior experience are welcome to apply.
