About the role

Our Haematology and Oncology Registered Nurses are responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients receiving treatment for haematological and oncological conditions. ABOUT YOU Essential Qualifications Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA). Minimum of 2 years post-registration acute clinical experience. Demonstrated experience in haematology, oncology, acute medical nursing or related specialty areas. Completion of recognised chemotherapy administration training (or willingness to undertake). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Desirable Qualifications Postgraduate qualification in Cancer Nursing, Haematology Nursing, Oncology Nursing or related specialty. Experience with central venous access devices (CVADs), PICCs and implanted ports.
