  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in IT services, managed services, or infrastructure support environments
  • Exposure to ITIL processes or service management frameworks
  • Experience in incident management, service reporting, or operational coordination
