Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a military setting, including 6 months out of the past year.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to complete HIPAA, Privacy Act, and required organizational compliance education.
- Ability to meet physical requirements including sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending/stooping, kneeling, twisting, visual acuity, minimal hearing loss, and push/pull/carry minimum 15 lbs.
- Must have a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and maintain eligibility throughout employment as required by program requirements.
- Preferred:
- Medical terminology certification highly preferred.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs), military healthcare systems, or healthcare documentation platforms preferred.

In this role, you'll support Air Force Accession Center operations serving 65 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) across the continental United States from a remote work environment.
