• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA preferred)
• More than 10 years of finance experience, including leadership roles
• Proven track record in financial reporting and business partnering

Job Responsibilities : The Senior Manager, Finance is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and compliance. In addition, this role serves as a strategic finance business partner, working closely with operational and commercial teams to drive performance, profitability, and informed decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Financial Reporting & Accounting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and closing processes Maintain integrity and accuracy of financial data 2. Finance Business Partnering Partner with business units to drive financial performance Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspectives Translate financial results into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders Support strategic initiatives (e.g., expansion, product launches, cost programs) Develop KPIs and performance dashboards aligned with business goals Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on financial implications of business decision 3. Internal Controls, Risk & Compliance Establish and maintain internal control framework Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements Manage internal and external audits Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks 4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity Optimize working capital (AR, AP, inventory) Maintain banking and financing relationships 5. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Lead and develop the finance team Collaborate cross-functionally to align finance with business strategy Present financial insights to senior leadership and board Drive a culture of accountability and performance Other duties as assigned.
