As an intern/working student (d/m/f/x), you will take on a central role in the organization of our diverse training offers, from careful preparation to comprehensive follow-up. You will immerse yourself deeply in day-to-day operations and enrich our team with your active support in exciting and varied projects. In addition, you will be actively involved in the research and analysis of current personnel development topics in order to derive well-founded recommendations for action. Insights into the exciting world of leadership development and our potential process round off your area of responsibility. As a contact person (d/m/f/x), you will provide our employees from all departments with advice and support when it comes to all topics of continuing education management. Your profile?
