Responsibilities

  • Provide support to assigned Account Executives and advertiser list for post-sale activity including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.
  • TV Duties include but not limited to: Order retrieval from AE, Order confirmation w/client, WOT Order Entry, Pre-Empts/Make Goods, WOT Booking/Credits or Adjustments, Assist with Traffic Instruction submission, Assist with Production Requests, WOMS Post Delivery Reporting.
  • Daily interaction with existing advertising agencies and direct clients; this responsibility includes maintenance of client schedules on television and digital in addition to implementation of special projects and promotions.
  • Works in tandem with Account Executives, Marketing Director, Research Director, and Creative Services to support client needs.
  • Attend sales meetings and sales trainings to gain sales, product and process information and keep abreast of company products and services to articulate to client, when appropriate.
  • Partner with designated Account Executives in identifying new/incremental revenue based on campaign results.
  • Assist designated Account Executives with maintenance of contracts, generating avails, traffic, make-goods, collection and overall customer service.
  • Regular tracking of client audience delivery using Comscore ratings, impressions, and campaign fulfillment.
  • Communicate campaign delivery to clients.
  • Coordinate with team to set up new customer accounts, contracts, order entry and revisions.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of account management in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment.
  • Track record of successfully retaining and growing clients.
  • Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising is preferred.
  • Knowledge of media ecosystem, broadcast, and digital advertising solutions.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently to support customer needs.
  • Self-motivation and willingness to work as a team player are essential attributes. Demonstrate ability to be creative, flexible, and able to adapt to change with evolving priorities.
  • Creative with ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization and time management skills.
