About the role
Capco is seeking a Principal Consultant to join our Digital Assets practice in New York. This is a senior client-facing consulting role where you will help leading financial institutions navigate complex transformation initiatives across digital assets, blockchain, tokenization, digital market infrastructure, and emerging financial ecosystems. Responsibilities

- Manage complex transformation programs from initiation through delivery, overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, governance, and risk management.
- Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, use case development, and target operating model design.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and facilitate alignment across business, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
- Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, proposal development, client pitches, and capability building initiatives.
Requirements
- 7-12+ years of consulting, financial services, or related industry experience with a strong track record of delivering transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital assets, blockchain, crypto, tokenization, or digital market infrastructure.
- Strong experience leading complex programs and managing multiple workstreams across business and technology teams.
- Proven business analysis capability, including requirements management, process design, user journeys, and operating model development.
- Deep understanding of wealth management, asset management, capital markets, banking, or payments ecosystems.
