Temp IT Support @ Tai Seng - $300 per day

Responsibilities

• Provide support and administration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Retail, and POS systems.
• Troubleshoot ERP, retail system, and IT infrastructure issues.
• Manage servers, networks, cloud environments (Azure), and IT security.
• Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and new implementations.
• Support ERP customization, reporting, and workflow improvements.
• Assist with IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and system documentation.
• Prepare reports, data analysis, and provide administrative support as required.

Requirements

• Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or LS Retail.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud environments, and system security.
• Experience in retail IT support and POS systems is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Able to work independently and support multiple stakeholders.

Temp IT Support @ Tai Seng ASAP to 3 months Salary : $300 per day 2-3 days per week : 9am to 6pm
