Build and maintain strong working relationships with Flight Representatives and ACS sales teams. Coordinate and schedule Flight Representatives to maximise coverage and operational efficiency. Develop and refine processes to continually improve effectiveness and efficiency. Act as the main point of contact for global charter consultants, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Monitor bookings and proactively coordinate Flight Representative coverage. Maintain accurate records, reporting, and post-flight documentation. Oversee and produce accurate records and reports for the number of reps achieved monthly for Flight Representatives across the UK. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and support departmental growth. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt communication styles to suit different stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company procedures to safeguard ACS and its clients. Strong alignment with ACS's values and mission to deliver service beyond expectations. Detail-orientated with strong organizational, problem-solving and relationship building skills. Self motivated with drive to continually improve and achieve goals. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work flexibly outside standard hours if needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
