Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales Development roles, from sourcing and screening through offer and close, while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Source and attract active and passive candidates through various resources including direct outreach, referrals, social networks, LinkedIn, networking events, and job boards.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure alignment on hiring needs, role requirements, and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout each step of the hiring process.
- Track and maintain accurate candidate data, pipeline activity, and requisition status in the ATS.

Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a sales, go-to-market, or high-volume environment at an agency, start-up, or corporate company.
- Experience sourcing and identifying candidates through social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- Experience using modern ATS systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority positions simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and initiative.
