Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve design and technical issues
• Review and monitor architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure all architectural works are carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Conduct site inspections and supervise subcontractors to ensure proper execution of works
• Attend site meetings, coordinate work progress, and provide updates to the project team
• Identify and highlight discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions, and propose solutions
• Ensure compliance with local authorities' regulations and project specifications

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Architecture, Building, or related discipline
• Must have experience working on condominium or mixed development projects
• Strong knowledge of architectural details, materials, and finishing works
• Familiarity with local building regulations and authority submission processes
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design or coordination software

Basic up to $5k + Bonus Alternate 6-day work week, 8am - 5pm Location: Bishan
