Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Required or strongly preferred: Experience supporting individuals with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses
- At least one-year, hands-on experience with behavioral interventions and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Proven ability to manage crisis situations, de-escalation, and high-risk behaviors
- Experience in residential, group home, or behavioral health settings highly preferred
- Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and acceptable driving record
