Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers in the assigned department
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and other documents
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

Requirements

  • Degree, Diploma or ITE certification, preferably in business studies or courses of relevance
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant secretarial experience in law firms
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
