We are seeking an experienced AI Workflow Senior Specialist to design, build, and scale business processes using AI agents and automation frameworks . This role focuses on translating real-world workflows into reliable, maintainable, and efficient AI-powered systems that can operate with minimal human intervention. As an AI Workflow Senior Specialis t , you will work closely with DOC, client delivery, data and engineering teams to identify opportunities where AI agents can streamline operations, improve accuracy, and unlock efficiency at scale. Essential Functions: Design and implement end-to-end AI-driven processes using agent-based platforms Translate marketing and business requirements into structured, automated workflows Build and orchestrate AI agents that can reason, take actions, and collaborate across tools and systems Define guardrails, validation logic, and monitoring to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance Optimize prompts, agent logic, and tool usage for performance and cost efficiency Owner Mindset: Manage a clear work queue and deliver on time; proactively reduce rework and non‑converting spend (e.g., creative fatigue, audience overlap, "learning limited"); close the loop with documented learnings. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in process automation, workflow design, or systems engineering Hands-on experience building solutions with LLMs Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts (multi-agent systems, tool calling, memory, orchestration) Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages Experience integrating APIs, databases, and BI/reporting tools Proficient in Excel/Gsheet including advanced formulas and scripts. Strong documentation and communication skills Proficiency in analytical thinking, capable of dissecting complex problems and providing structured solutions. Exceptional task management and task prioritization skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment with demonstrated aptitude for cross-functional teamwork. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Understanding of common marketing metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, ROAS, CPA, conversion tracking)
