Responsibility: Help families register for school bus transportation using the Registration Tool Work with the Routers to determine if students are eligible for transportation depending on their home address/school Partner with the district on communication with parents/students about school bus registration Take field trip or Charter business orders through the electronic mail system or over the phone Provide accurate pricing information to customers Enter and record trips into company's database system Determine map routes, assign driver coverage and provide trip details to Drivers and Dispatchers Generate trip reports as needed for Location management or others Communicate with customers, invoice trips and track payments Complete Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll tasks related to Charter and field trips Perform general office duties including writing letters, generating reports, drafting pay-memos, copying, filing, faxing, etc. Encourage compliance with company policies and procedures Perform various administrative tasks Other duties as assigned
