Learn more about our benefits.Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesDrive the Large Order business process with specific ownership for China customer engagementsDrive the China Fast Track Large Order process to ensure proper alignment and documentationLead and facilitate China‑focused Large Order Council (LOC) meetings, accounting for regional decision‑making cadenceReview Large Order worksheets for accuracy, localization, and alignment with China customer requirementsDrive closure of commercial and technical disconnects between China Account Teams, regional BUs, and global stakeholdersPartner with regional and global Finance teams on pricing, cost modeling, FX, tax, and payment structure considerationsCoordinate with ORCA and regional teams on quarterly RAR requirements and China‑specific risk itemsWork with Legal and Trade Compliance on China contract terms, local regulations, export controls, and data requirementsMaintain ownership and quarterly updates of the China large order pipelineProvide project management for Large Order CIPs with China customer impactCollaborate with GIS and regional teams to close China‑specific Business Review Documents (BRDs)Manage UAT activities with consideration for China user environments and data restrictionsAct as Salesforce.com focal point for China large order data accuracy and governanceSupport Tableau and dashboard needs, including China‑specific reporting, access control, and data sensitivitySkills and KnowledgeStrong understanding of Applied Materials order management processes, with experience supporting China customersProficiency in Microsoft Excel and complex deal analyticsWorking knowledge of SAP CRM and Salesforce.comFamiliarity with China commercial practices, customer procurement models, and negotiation dynamicsExperience working with Legal and Compliance teams on China regulatory and trade requirementsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across culturesAbility to influence without authority across regional and global organizationsFluency in Mandarin preferredCapacity for ComplexityNavigate organizational complexity across China, regional, and global teamsManage large data sets, complex deal structures, and multi‑scenario analyticsAdapt quickly to regulatory, customer, and market changes in ChinaSuccessfully manage multiple high‑priority deals and initiatives concurrentlyAcceptance of RoleOperate effectively within a global workforce spanning China and global time zonesComfortable working under pressure with high‑visibility China customer en
