About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in retirement and/or benefits program management or in a consulting environment
- Experience with defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans
- Knowledge of insurance plans, including flexible and traditional models
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across various organizational levels
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong business acumen and influencing skills
- Bilingualism in French and English (required)
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days per week on-site in Quebec)
- Experience working with Workday or other HRIS systems
- Experience managing vendor relationships within a large, complex organization
- Exposure to benefits program transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting governance structures such as retirement or pension committees
- Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in benefits programs
