- Valid Massachusetts drivers license and reliable transportation
- At least two years experience working with youthful offenders or similar population
- Schedule:
- 2pm-10pm, Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday, Monday off)
- Annual Salary
- $55,000 - $60,000 USD

Eliot's Juvenile Justice residential program provides court-involved youth, ages 13 to 21. These highly structured, self-contained programs offer a comprehensive intervention for juvenile offenders. Eliot is searching for a Shift Administrator with experience working with youthful offenders. The ideal candidate will have an active knowledge of issues relating to the program population, including: Trauma, Gang Issues, Violence, Poverty and Family Dysfunction. Experience with regulatory requirements as well as clinical and behavioral treatment is a plus.
