That is magic at work, and it's what we show up for every day. We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to help our product org run smoothly, ship faster, and make better decisions. You'll own operational processes across product planning, launch readiness, and team cadences - and you'll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, and GTM. YOU WILL Support and own product planning cycles - quarterly planning, goal tracking, retrospectives, and weekly team rhythms Drive launch coordination: maintain checklists, track cross-functional dependencies, and ensure teams are go-live ready Build and maintain product health dashboards; surface actionable data to support prioritization decisions Document processes, build playbooks, and identify where workflows can be tightened or automated Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-ups are captured and closed Partner with analytics to answer the right operational questions, not just report on what's already tracked YOU HAVE 2-4 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar operational role Strong process instincts - you see the gaps before they become problems Comfort with data: you can pull insights from dashboards and translate them into clear recommendations Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation skills Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar A builder mindset - you look for ways to automate before defaulting to manual
