Responsibilities
- Receive and triage inbound ad policy support tickets, providing best in class support to clients and commercial teams.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience preferred).
- Educational and/or professional background in Ad Tech, trust and safety, data privacy, government affairs, political science, customer support and related fields preferred.
- Ability to be accurate, efficient, and objective in complex, ambiguous situations; and find the correct solution with minimal guidance.
- Some working experience with policy application and knowledge of the ad tech space and key policy issues affecting the open internet is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Technical: proficiency in Jira. Salesforce, Confluence, Excel, OneDrive, Microsoft Office or comparable tools. Basic SQL, familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, VAST/VPAID desired but not required.
- Language: in addition to English proficiency, language skills in a second language are a plus.
