We are looking for a Program Specialist, Talent Intelligence to join our team. This is a hybrid capacity out of San Jose, CA (3 times a week), or remotely across the US role, reporting to the Director, TA Enablement & Operations in the People & Culture Organization. In this role, you will blend a curiosity for recruiting with data analytics to map the global talent landscape and deliver the insights needed to fuel our hiring strategies. Working hand-in-hand with our Talent Intelligence team, you will synthesize complex information to support our general and administrative teams and provide a strong foundation for our company's growth. What you'll do (Role Expectations) Dive deep into market research to craft comprehensive talent intelligence reports that provide clear insights and support the strategic needs of Recruiting Leadership Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to map global talent pools, focusing on competitor intelligence, skill trends, and labor market dynamics Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to guide hiring strategies, optimize sourcing methods, and drive OKR success Synthesize complex datasets into clean, intuitive narratives and visual dashboards for senior stakeholders Who You Are (Success Profile) You thrive in ambiguity. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain 5+ years of professional experience in talent intelligence, market mapping, or talent market research Proven ability to marry traditional data analysis methodologies with modern AI platforms, translating raw numbers and algorithmic patterns into macro-level industry trends Hands-on experience with labor market databases and talent insights tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentNeuron, Crunchbase), as well as strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Strong understanding of how macro-employment trends impact tech hiring, alongside an eagerness to learn the cybersecurity, networking, and cloud sectors, and the ability to articulate project progress or roadblocks in a productive, solution-oriented manner What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience utilizing advanced generative AI tools, predictive talent analytics platforms, or automated web-scrapin
