Responsibilities
- Operations Support
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily crane deployment schedules
- Support assignment of cranes, operators, riggers, and lifting supervisors
- Update job status, crane movements, and daily operation records

- Client & Site Coordination
- Communicate with clients and site personnel on job confirmation and arrangements

- Support submission of RA, SWP, lifting plans, and MOS

- Documentation & Administration
- Prepare basic job orders, deployment sheets, and operation schedules
- Maintain filing of operational and safety documents
- Track attendance, working hours, and overtime records
- Coordinate with maintenance, safety, HR, and finance teams for daily operations
- Provide administrative support to senior operations controllers
- Requirements & Qualifications
- 0-2 years working experience (construction or crane industry experience is an advantage)
- Willingness to learn mobile crane and lifting operations
- Basic understanding of workplace safety is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
