- Coordinate integration of 3D scanning and additive manufacturing workflows
- Facilitate collaboration across Product Development, IT, and Manufacturing teams
- Training & Knowledge Management
- Coordinate and manage training for Creo and Windchill users
- Document company-specific Creo and Windchill standards, best practices, and procedures
- Support onboarding and continuous skill development of engineering staff
- Promote knowledge transfer and self-sufficiency within the user community
- Continuous Improvement & Project Execution
- Develop detailed project plans (scope, milestones, resources, timelines, impacts)
- Support Engineering Services continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive adoption of scalable, standardized, and maintainable solutions
