Program Manager: MES (PAS-X SaaS)

About the role

Position Summary: The Program Manager: MES (PAS-X SaaS) is responsible for leading a 3-year enterprise MES program encompassing the deployment of Körber PAS-X SaaS to 5 new (greenfield) manufacturing sites and the migration of 6 existing sites from legacy on-premises PAS-X to the SaaS platform. Beyond technical deployment, this role drives the adoption journey to achieve full Electronic Batch Record (EBR) coverage across all sites. The Program Manager operates as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART), overseeing and coordinating three cross-functional pods: Technical, Business, and Adoption. This is a program management role requiring deep expertise in MES platforms, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, SAFe agile delivery at scale, and organizational change management.
