About the role
The Account Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Management team and managing a portfolio of clients. - Support client business reviews through feedback collection and data collation.
- Prepare and deliver client feedback and case studies internally and externally.
- Lead project handover with the Operations team, ensuring timely responses and clear briefings.
- Prepare initial budgets and statements of work, as directed by Account Directors and Leads.
- Update the Procim budget system under the direction of Account Directors and Leads.
- Review post-event reports with operational teams.
- Create client presentations to meet agreed deadlines post-event.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop post-event case studies.
- Attend company training days and meetings as required.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed to support the business.
- Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in account management or event project management.
- Proficiency in budget preparation and financial management tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.
