This role serves as the single point of accountability for delivery, ensuring that IT initiatives progress on schedule, risks are proactively managed, dependencies are coordinated across teams, and leadership has clear visibility into execution status. The IT Delivery Manager operates at the direction of the SVP, Global IT for strategy and execution, translating objectives into actionable plans and driving them through completion.
Responsibilities
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Delivery
- Coordinate IT integration execution for post-closing acquisitions, including identity, email, devices, file systems, applications, security controls, and user access.
- Develop and maintain detailed integration plans, timelines, cutover strategies, and post‑integration stabilization activities.
- Serve as the primary IT delivery lead working across Infrastructure, Security, Applications, Support, and third‑party partners to ensure cohesive execution.
- Application Rationalization & Systems Integration
- Lead application rationalization efforts post‑acquisition, identifying redundancies, consolidation opportunities, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate system integrations between legacy and enterprise platforms, ensuring data integrity, interoperability, and minimal business disruption.
- Track application lifecycle decisions (retain, retire, replace) and ensure execution aligns with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Compliance & Controls Execution (ISO 27001 / SOC 2)
- Drive implementation and operationalization of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 IT controls in partnership with Security, Infrastructure, and Applications teams.
- Track control implementation progress, remediation actions, and evidence readiness for audits and assessments.
- Ensure compliance initiatives remain on schedule and integrated into broader IT delivery work rather than treated as standalone efforts.
- Program & Delivery Management
- Manage master delivery plans across multiple concurrent initiatives, managing timelines, risks, interdependencies, and resource constraints.
- Establish delivery governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, risk logs, and executive‑level dashboards.
- Proactively identify blockers and escalate with recommended resolution paths to IT leadership.
- Ensure IT project work does not stall or compete unsuccessfully with day‑to‑day support operations.
- Stakeholder & Change Management
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders during integrations and major initiatives.
- Develop and Coordinate end‑user communications, training plans, and change‑management activities to drive adoption and reduce disruption.
- Partner with IT leadership to align delivery priorities with business objectives and growth timelines.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience.
- 5 years of experience in IT project, program, or delivery management, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Proven experience leading IT integrations in mergers and acquisitions environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT domains: identity, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, infrastructure, applications, and security.
- Experience supporting or implementing ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar regulatory/compliance frameworks.
