About the role
Aevo is a subsidary for Ad-evo - Singapore-based interior design andbuild firm specialising in commercial fitouts, landed residential, and renovation projects. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to own the administrative and financialoperations of Ad-Evo and Aevo builder pte ltd. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform data entry and maintain accurateaccounting records. Key in quotation, process invoices, receipts,payments, and other accounting transactions. Reconcile bank statements and accountingrecords. Generate and issue invoices to customers and business partners. Prepare and send monthly Statements of Account(SOA) and follow up on overdue payments. Manage supplier invoices and process vendorpayments. Handle petty cash reimbursements, staff expenseclaims, staff salaryand banking matters. Provide general administrative support,including filing, maintain and apply employment permit, document management, and correspondence. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, andcoordinate office communications. Maintain office supplies and ensure officeequipment is functioning properly. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks andprojects as assigned.
