Agent in Training- Farmers Insurance

Responsibilities

• As an Agent in Training, you will play a vital role in driving our agency's success while building your own rewarding sales career. Your responsibilities will include:
• Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policyholders
• Consulting with clients to assess their needs and recommending tailored coverage solutions
• Selling and cross-selling insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Building and maintaining lasting client relationships through ongoing support and regular policy reviews
• Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets that contribute to both your success and agency growth
• Staying current on product options and ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are met
• Managing leads, client follow-ups, and renewals efficiently using CRM tools
• Participating in team meetings and collaborative sales strategy sessions
• Who We're Looking For
• We are seeking ambitious, career-driven sales professionals who excel in achieving exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have:
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales
• A teachable attitude, eager to grow and develop
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
