Under the direction of the Business Operations & Excellence Director , the Candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence and innovation in the delivery of BeOne's cross-functional Customer Engagement. The Candidate will work closely with the German Medical Affairs, Commercial and Market Access Leads. The Candidate will play a key role in ensuring patient access to BeOne products by considering innovative approaches to customer needs and ensuring the German team is fit for purpose based on the evolution of the product portfolio. T his includes assessing needs in terms of staffing, capabilities, and executing activities for upskilling and scientific training as required. Drive business decisions whereby patient care is at the center of the business conduct. Finally, the Candidate will contribute to developing and supporting the integrated launch plans and tactics in the respective countries and will be responsible for supporting effective commercial and medical field performance across the region. Essential Job Functions: Disruptive Innovation: Ensure the German team stays competitive using insights gathering & analysis Support and design specific regional tactics and adapt launch strategy where needed, based on said insights Apply a continuous improvement mindset to ensure solutions and improvements are rapidly identified to optimize launch and improve patient access Work closely with field teams, Commercial leads, Country Managers, Country Medical Directors, Market Access Leads, Product Managers (and agencies) to design and develop diverse and value adding customer-centric tools/materials and initiatives Support the management and direction of field force effectiveness components across Germany (targeting, sizing, alignment, etc.) Innovating in a dynamic market and company Collaborate extensively with the regional and local commercial, access and medical teams to understand the overall business, key questions for our brands and pipeline programs, current and emerging priorities, and the insights needed to address them Support design & deployment of the most effective and efficient key account organization across EU markets Lead the development of performance metrics, and dashboards that clearly articulate the status of key activities enabling timely and successful execution Incorporate innovative approaches and new digital resources that facilitate internal learning experiences and enable growth mindset Collaborate with regional training teams on design and deployment of impactful and personalized content to respond to customer needs Enable excellence in execution of strategic and tactical plans within region Europe by: fostering cross-functional collaboration introducing innovative approaches to increase productivity supporting the DE Leadership Team on strategic cross-functional activities continuously identify process improvement opportunities Continuously refining the German team's capabilities ensuring it is "fit for purpose" and staying ahead of the curve Work with the commercial and medical teams to identify strengths and areas for development Responsible, in close collaboration and alignment with local leads, for designing and implementing training programs to enhance internal capabilities for effective engagement with physicians, impactful data dissemination and communicating the value of BeOne products to stakeholders Utilize various training methods such as workshops, presentations, role-playing, and interactive sessions to engage associates Curate, refine and create scientific training materials as needed, to ensure that the country commercial and medical teams have best-in-class field materials Stay up to date with product information, industry trend, and technology to ensure the relevance of training content Identify incremental organizational resource needs - staff, budget and systems Ensure the right tools, processes and systems are in place, including adaptation of global CRM solutions to local needs Supervisory Responsibilities: None
