The Salesforce Implementation Consultant configures, customizes, and validates Verifiable's Salesforce-based implementation solutions for customers. This role collaborates closely with Implementation Managers, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders to deliver technically sound, scalable implementations aligned with customer business needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly in Salesforce, translating customer requirements into technical solutions, and identifying risks early. Strong Salesforce configuration experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences are essential. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce or Salesforce-based SaaS solutions for customers.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and permissions.
• Experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.
• Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture, including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and object/field-level security.
• Experience with data migration, data repair, or data backfill activities using tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce reports, exports, and structured data imports.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical implementation tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially within Salesforce automation, data, permissions, and configuration.
• Ability to identify when a request requires product, engineering, or development support and clearly specify the needed technical changes.
• Experience delivering custom Salesforce configuration in environments that include a managed package, with an understanding of package constraints, extension patterns, upgrade impacts, and how to avoid breaking managed package functionality.
