Job Purpose: Performs engineering work around the process of acquiring and analyzing geo-data, carrying out computations, and compiling reports. May work in one or more specialized engineering disciplines, developing solutions for clients by putting acquired geo-data into an engineering context. Provides accurate and customized services to clients by 1) performing geotechnical work around the process of acquiring, analyzing, engineering, and interpreting complete and high-quality geotechnical data, 2) providing geotechnical advice in one or a small number of specialized technical disciplines, 3) developing solutions for clients by putting acquired geotechnical data into context, and 4) following established guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Geotechnical / Assistant Geotechnical Manager in technical planning and direction.
  • Coordinate directly with Fugro's project management team to ensure project requirements are effectively met.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects of varying sizes, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Delegate tasks to junior team members and oversee their work to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Perform analysis of geotechnical data in accordance with relevant national and international standards.
  • Required Experience & Skills:
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • M. Tech in Geotechnical Engineering is mandatory.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate confidence in execution.
