Snr Programme Liaison Executive

Responsibilities

• Read and understand script prior to sourcing for suitable filming locations
• Work closely with the production team in coordinating suitable filming locations
• Source for and coordinate with sponsors for local/overseas filming
• Handling daily logistic and troubleshoot problems that happen during filming
• Liaising with public, which involves communicating with neighbours and authorities
• Establish and maintain good rapport with sponsors
• Prepare roller credits for transmission
• Take on any other duties assigned by the Manager (Location/Facilities)

Requirements

• Diploma qualification
• Outgoing personality and a positive work attitude
• Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient
• Able to thrive in high stress environment
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
