Requirements

  • Maintain focus in a dynamic, high-performance team environment
  • 2 + years of experience in sales training, enablement, high-performing SDR/BDR , or SDR/BDR leadership
  • Demonstrated success improving ramp time, productivity, or conversion metrics
  • Deep understanding of outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and qualification strategies
  • Professional presence with strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Ability to translate data and performance insights into actionable training strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Experience working in a highly accountable, metrics -driven, and tech-savvy sales environment
  • A passion for develop
