- Your Skills and Expertise
- To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2-4 years of experience in change management, communications, or related field
- Strong writing and content development skills
- Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills
