You will serve as a FACILITIES SUPPORT CONTRACT MANAGER in the Public Works Department of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing contract management and direct oversight of the contractor's in-house forces' Quality Management Program (QMP) using Performance Assessment Methodologies; 2) Monitoring the contractor's in-house forces' performance of work while enforcing and adhering to safety standards; 3) Performing administrative and operational contractual functions in support of an installation's Command; 4) Making timely follow up assessments on work not performed and/or unsatisfactory work on service contracts such as custodial services, grounds maintenance, refuse services, and HVAC system equipment repairs.
