Position : HVAC Sales Engineer/Sales Manager (Chiller / Data Centre Cooling) Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm Location: Alexandra (few bus stops from Commonwealth MRT) Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic + Transport allowance/reimbursement + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits -Sales Engineer : Up to $5500 -Sales Manager : Up to $8000 Duration : Permanent Industry : Electrical equipment Main Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share Prepare and deliver technical presentations and customized proposals Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable chiller solutions Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored system solutions Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Handle contract preparation and negotiation in line with company policies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management Support marketing initiatives, including events and sales materials
