Job Description: Our plant in Neckarbischofsheim currently develops and manufactures precision quartz crystals and quartz oscillators with approximately 125 employees. These products are used in telecommunications, test and measurement technology, medical technology, and radar systems. What is your role in this position? As the Quality and Environmental Manager, you report to the plant management and become part of the team. You are responsible for the further development and support of the quality and environmental management system, continuous process improvement, and product testing. What makes this job attractive? Further details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position: Maintain, manage, and further develop the quality management system. Plan internal audits to measure and ensure compliance with established management standards and business processes. Conduct internal audits of the management system according to applicable standards. Plan and lead external audits/assessments (third-party and customer audits). Identify process risks using appropriate quality methods, risk assessment, and define and track actions. Drive related process improvements in methodology, test conditions, and error analysis. Act as an interface to other functions within the organization. Support the environmental management system. Technical error analysis and customer 8D reports. Support reliability test program. Manage and develop quality requirements and related quality tools (CAQ). Plan, prepare, and conduct management reviews. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung des Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagementsystems, der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung und der Produktprüfung. Ermittlung der Prozessrisiken durch den Einsatz der geeigneten Q-Methoden, Risikobewertung, Festlegung und Verfolgung der Maßnahmen. Vorantreiben der damit verbundenen Prozessverbesserungen bei Methodik, Testbedingungen und Fehleranalyse. Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zu anderen Funktionen innerhalb der Organisation.
