Responsibilities

  • Generate new business & share of wallet opportunities customers and prospects. Identify needs and develop proposals with Elements value added services.
  • Coordinate end to end sales process in order for a new customer on boarding (this will include risk under writing process, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation process).

  • Education and Experience

  • Advance business English as a second language.
  • BS or BA in business or related field required. MBA is a plus
  • 3-5 years in complex B2B sales environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services. Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading the successful acquisition of new business through a structured process
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time within assigned (home) territory - Preferred experience on financial or lease services, customer-facing commercial sales position
  • Critical thinking - can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needs
  • Drive results by successfully presenting to clients and senior management Proven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization
