Key areas of focus include: Building a scalable operational platform to support significant growth Leading major transformation projects including WMS implementation Optimising depot network efficiency across multiple UK locations Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence Embedding data-driven decision making and technology adoption

Responsibilities

  • Lead all operational functions across warehousing, logistics, transport, and production across 3 distribution centres
  • Develop and deliver a scalable operational strategy aligned to growth targets
  • Implement systems and infrastructure improvements, including WMS and automation
  • Optimise transport networks and depot performance across multiple sites
  • Drive KPI performance including DIFOT, cost efficiency, and customer experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing operational teams
  • Deliver strategic projects on time and within budget
