HP Spark Management Associate - Manufacturing Engineer

Under the 15 months SPARK Management Associate Program, you will undergo an accelerated induction experience to fast-track your career in the technology industry. You will learn and appreciate different aspects of the business, within one of our business segments to work in upon graduation. This will be an exciting opportunity to be part of the growing GSB business and working closely with a team of Engineers and Supervisors, both within HP and our Manufacturing Partner. You will be able to participate in V2030 manufacturing strategy and bring it to stabilization. You will oversee daily process engineering/operational matrices and manage NPIs transfers/launches. Together with the MPa, you will be responsible to drive engineering/operation efficiency, product quality as well as cost benefits to deliver the best-in-class quality for customer experiences. You will collaborate with multiple worldwide partners from R&D, NPDI and our inhouse manufacturing teams. What a HP Spark Management Associate - Manufacturing Engineer does at HP: Possess excellent understanding of manufacturing process, methodologies and environment. Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills. Excellent understanding of quality assurance and process control knowledge. Provide technical leadership on product quality and process improvements. Have sound knowledge and excellent fundamentals in our HP Thermal Inkjet Technology. Form great partnerships with various representatives from different HP business units. You will be responsible to track, report, and meet the capital asset spend, startup amount and expenses by the fiscal period. Embrace a strong One-team culture, create the resilient can-do attitude with the existing team. Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent or relevant manufacturing experience. Demonstrated strong technical competence and judgment. Experience working in Manufacturing environment is a must. Effective communication skills across functions and geographies. Able to work under pressure to deliver business objectives. Good business acumen & in-depth technological understanding.
