About the role

The entry-level Internal Quality Auditor is responsible for the execution of day-to-day quality assurance activities. This includes setting operational objectives, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and resolving routine quality issues. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain QESH management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Ability and willingness to travel to Service Centers across the US 5-7 times per year. Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments across production areas. Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and track corrective actions. Provide training and guidance to employees on QESH policies and safe work practices. Monitor and report on QESH KPIs, including non-conformities, near misses, and environmental metrics. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QESH into daily operations. Maintain documentation and prepare for external audits and customer inspections. Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory quality standards. Investigate and resolve routine quality issues. Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word MS Excel required
  • Basic knowledge or MS SharePoint and MS PowerPoint preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in Internal Quality Audits preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Effective communication and documentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 environments preferred
