- Education and Experience
- Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 10 or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience with manufacturing plant start-up and project management preferred.
- Plastics industry experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of the blow molding plant/machine operation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
