Learning Platform & Qualifications Lead

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining our virtual learning platform (Moodle)
• Setting up learner cohorts and updating course content
• Coordinating assignment allocation, marking and verification
• Monitoring learner progress and reporting on key metrics
• Improving processes and introducing efficiencies (including AI tools)
• Working closely with Programme Managers, SMEs and developers

Requirements

• Essential
• Strong experience with Moodle or similar VLE (backend/admin)
• Experience in an education or training environment
• Confidence managing assignment workflows and learner data
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Desirable
• Experience with CIPD or CMI programmes
• Knowledge of Moodle plugins
• Experience with Microsoft tools (Planner, Power Automate)
• Interest in AI in learning
