Junior Associate (NQ - 2 PQE) SHE Reg

About the role

You will become part of a collaborative and supportive team of 16 fee earners, working on a highly varied and often high-profile caseload . This role offers a unique opportunity to practise criminal defence within a corporate environment , while developing a niche specialism in regulatory crime. You'll be involved in cases from initial investigation through to court proceedings , including: Corporate manslaughter Health & Safety prosecutions Environmental crime Fire safety and food safety matters Motor prosecutions Representation at Coroners' Court You will work with a broad mix of corporate and insurer-backed clients nationwide , gaining exposure to complex and impactful matters. Requirements

• We welcome applications from candidates with 0-2 years PQE (guideline only), with experience or a strong interest in:
